Thu 1st August 2019 Signed on/Got Metro newspaper/Stayed in...updated web page

12:00 MIDDAY RECEIVED PHONE CALL FROM LIL SULLIVAN

Art teacher, Lil Sullivan, phoned me...I immediately told her I have to sign on at Streatham Job Centre, today; at 1:30 PM...afterwards, I might come to class. We both ended the conversation right there.

-(Normally, she might phone me...to request I arrive early to class 2 PM to set things up; but, today, this wasn't possible...as I don't know when the job center appointment will be up...sometimes, there's a queue.)-

1:25 PM COLLECTED METRO NEWSPAPER FROM STREATHAM TUBE STATION

Before, I went and signed on I decided to collect a FREE Metro newspaper from Streatham tube station...which is the nearest station located next to Streatham Job Centre.

1:30 PM SIGNED ON AT STREATHAM JOB CENTRE

I went and signed on a Streatham Job Centre...with no problem. The guy, Richard, requested I sign in to the computer...to prove that I been doing job search, regularly; actually, he only looked at one page....; and, didn't bother checking to see all of the other page entries; mind you, that first page was totally full of entries.

He gave me a next date to go and sign on: Thu 15th Aug 2:10 PM with Julie(who, usually, sits next door to him).

1:45 PM SHOPPED AT ALDI SUPERSTORE

I brought some shopping from Aldi Supermarket store...

3 x packets of Cheese Puff Crisps @ £1.00 each
1 x green Mango @ £0.79p

...altogether the shopping cost around £3.xx.

2 PM I returned back home; and, didn't go out, again. I thought about going out...to my FREE art class with Lil Sullivan at Ackerman Medical Centre...but, I just felt far too tired to go out anywhere. So, ultimately, I deliberately ignored going to the class.

CONCLUSION

For the rest of the day, I just stayed in...and, played around with updating a single web page I'm currently in the process of writing; just adding multiple links...then, checking that each link works; and, so on...

WORRYING ABOUT THE FUTURE...AND, THE COMING COLD

I cannot believe that August has arrived soon...; and, that means Spring/Winter isn't too far away; certainly, I'm not very much looking forwards to facing the colder Winter months; it's not so much me personally that I'm worried about; it's more a case of my mum...who is older...and, therefore, is less able to handle the utterly freezing cold. I will have to plan from now to buy some Calorgas...which, currently, costs a totally formidable £42.00+ per gas canister.
