SAT 3RD/SUN 4TH AUG 2019/STAYED IN...PRACTISED USING MICROSOFT CLOUD SERVICES
Throughout the weekend, -(I did not go out/but, stayed in)-, I played around at using Microsoft Cloud Web App services.http://azure.microsoft.com
It should be noted that I use Web App services in conjunction with other web services, such as...
http://www.github.com
http://www.onedrive.com
http://www.dropbox.com
-etc.
...meaning, I use these sites purely for web page/web site storage; I view these web pages by launching Microsoft's own web server software; what it's necessary to do, first, though is to create a 'connection' between these services and my Microsoft a/c.
What I did was go and check out the old apps that I already went and created; are they still up and working.../do I have to restart them by running the server, again(using 'start'/'stop').
I also decided to re-organise stuff...; so that everything is a lot more compact (meaning being stored all in one same place together)/and, therefore, is much easier to find.
So, I went and created an [index.html] file for both my GitHub account/and, also, for my OneDrive account; from where it's now possible to access all: web pages/web sites I've gone and created on either of these 'connected' services.
-(NOTE: I still have to go and create an [index.html] page to use with my DropBox a/c., too.; been feeling far too lazy to go finish that process up, yet?! What I did do, however, was to create a simple 2 x page web site: index.html/page1.html...at DropBox...then, test if it works using Microsoft Azure; and, of course, it did; so far to date no problems...touchwood!)-
