Mon 091219 Millicent phone call/phoned Floyd(not in/phoned me back, later)/Phoned Gary(left 2 answer machine messages)

1 PM MILLICENT PHONED ME

I got a phone call from my cousin, Millicent. She said, tomorrow, we should go and do some shopping to dress my mum; to which I agreed.

I told her I had rung other people to tell them about my mum's death.

I also spoke with my childhood friend, David Blackwood; and, he said he would call, Gary; but, that Gary had not called me, yet. I told her, when I speak to Gary...I will request that he take his things out of my mums flat. She replied to me, you can ask the question. However, because, she was still at work...I didn't bother to pursue the conversation too long.

21:00 PHONE FLOYD/WIFE SHIRLEY ANSWERED/TOOK MY NUMBER TO PHONE ME BACK

Floyd, left his phone numbers...home/mobile on my answer machine...saying I should call him back.

I phoned Floyd; but, apparently, he must have been really busy doing something else; because when Shirley, his wife, called him, repeatedly...there was no answer.

We both exchanged a few words about my mum; then, I left her both my name/phone number; then, told her...Floyd can phone me back, later on.

21:12 PHONED GARY/NO ANSWER/LEFT ANSWER MACHINE MESSAGE

I tried phoning Gary three times on his mobile phone; -(David Blackwood, gave me his number, yesterday)-; the first time there was no reply...instead, the phone just went silent(maybe, he picked it up...but, after realising it's me...decided not to talk). I phoned back, again; and, left 2 answer machine messages...

1. My mum died at Lewisham Hospital on the 27th of November 2019.

2. He should come and collect his property from Beckett House; because I got it touch with Centre 70 in West Norwood...and, they explained that whatever goods are left behind the council will seize it; and, then, dispose of it how they please...if they can't get in contact with the property owner.

Also, please, inform the rest of the family members.

21:40 PM FLOYD PHONED/I ASKED HIM TO DO A SPEECH...HE SAID, YES

Floyd phoned me back, eventually; and, I told him the news. He gave his sympathy. We spoke about Mr. Blackwood/Mrs. Blackwood; and, also, about my own family.

We spoke about the situation with Gary; and, Floyd said he's not too sure where Gary's head is...?

I explained to him the funeral date is set for the 3rd Jan 2020. However, we still are not sure...as two tall trees, 30 to 40 foot in length, need cutting down, first. So, we might need to set a later date than that.

Eventually, I asked him if he would like to do a speech at the funeral; and, he said, yes, it would be a honour.

21:48 PM PHONED SHARON TO UPDATE HER WHAT THE CURRENT SITUATION IS

I phoned Sharon...spoke to the answer machine...they must have gone to bed. Told her I'm going out with Millicent tomorrow to get some clothes for my mum.

I also told her that I had spoke to Floyd; that he said he would be willing to do a speech.

Finally, I told her that I had got Gary's phone number from David Blackwood; and, so, I had phoned him to say my mum had died/where/when...; and, also, that he should come an collect his clothes from Beckett House...otherwise the Council will claim it.
