Thu 190320 Part of downstairs basement ceiling collapsed, again...

When I went downstairs...thinking all is 'safe'...I discovered debris all over the floor/kitchen table...; then, when I looked upwards...I saw that the hole in the roof had expanded even further than before...meaning the ceiling plaster is still falling down. I'm just hoping that the whole of the damn ceiling don't collapse(or, how that would affect the rest of the buildings structure).
