Tai Chi...?! VS BiPolar/MD-Manic Depression

1> I joined Tai Chi at Soho Square, Chinese Medical Centre/£4.00 per class Sun 1PM-2PM 2> I joined West Norwood Library Tai Chi class/£2.50 per class... Tue 11:30AM-12:30PM I also went and paid to join two different Tai Chi classes at Morley College/£100 each class college term/total: £200. 3> Tai Chi, Wed 4PM-5PM 4> Tai Chi, Thu 7PM-8PM Unfortunately, I've not been going along to attend any of the the lessons. Which means I'm totally wasting both precious money/time! This situation makes me feel, really and truly, deeply depressed. Why won't I go along to attend classes, regularly; especially, when I already went and paid for it! The problem is, I suffer from BiPolar/Manic Depression utterly unpredictable mood swings; and, when I'm feeling down...then, I just will NOT go out anywhere/no matter how important the appointment is. It's only when my mood swing is up, again; that I do actually manage to leave the home.
