-------------------------------------------------------------

- 05:54 AWOKE: FED THE CAT/THEN, LET HER OUT INTO THE BACKGARDEN

I woke up early for once.

Went and fed the cat; then, let her out into the back garden.

-------------------------------------------------------------

- 06:10 SKIPPED/RAN INSIDE OF THE ALLEYWAY

I didn't skip, yesterday. But, hey, that's ok...if one is 'serious' about
taking exercise...; then, one has to realise that a part of any 'keep fit' routine...is there will be both good/bad days; and, therefore, one has to expect the bad days to occur, too; you just have to think of strategic ways of getting around these...especially, do not 'stop'...but, instead, fully make up your mind to continue working out, just as usual.

1> I walked into the alleyway...holding my skipping rope; then, I skipped for few minutes...; most unfortunately, I didn't succeed in skipping for too very long...as the rope kept on getting all tangled up around my feet.

2> Next, I decided why not add another element to my 'keep fit' routine...which is to practice doing some running, as well. So, I ran both down the alleyway, going fairly 'slow'...; then, ran back upwards going as 'fast' as possible.

I think, in future, I might just decide to do this same routine around 3 times, minimum. The problem being that I lack stamina...and, also, my legs feel rather weak...; I need to build up my leg muscles strength.../as well as, work on building my stamina more.

-------------------------------------------------------------

- 06:30 MADE FRUIT BOWL/COOKHAM SANDWICHES - BREAKFAST: BAKED BEANS & EGG

Whenever I awake/and, also, just before I sleep...I like to start/end the day by drinking 2 pints of water...either plain hot water/or else, 'flavoured' by using chocolate tea/tea bag/orange juice syrup/-etc.

This morning I had 2 pint mug cups of 'hot' water...

- 2 x Jam doughnuts
- 1 x Cream cake

...I got to watch how much sweet stuff I'm eating, though; as, if I'm not careful, then, all of these cakes will be long gone/finished...?!

I must learn to slow down and pace myself to eat cakes less frequently...so, that they will last to the end of the week...without me needing to go out and buy more.

----

I also made...

- Fruit bowl: Diced apples/diced banana/dates/2 slices of grapefruit(Vitamin C)

-(The truth is, I didn't need to make any fruit bowl, today; because I found that yesterday's fruit bowl...was still left inside of the fridge. So, I took it out of the fridge to return back to 'room temperature'; then, I can eat it.)-

- Sandwiches: 1/2 of French Stick Bread cut into 4 pieces...each piece, then, cut in half...and, filled with Butter/Cookham

- Breakfast: Baked beans & 1 egg(sprinkled with salt & pepper)

-------------------------------------------------------------

- 07:00 GOT SOME MORE SHOPPING TO DO...EGGS/-ETC.

I notice I only have just 4 eggs left inside of a box. So, I need to go out and buy more eggs...hopefully, a box of 15 x mixed size eggs should do...; which should last me right up until the end of the week.

I love to eat eggs...; and, would normally have, at least, 2 per day; whether it's...

- fried egg (with a tin of baked beans/tin of spagetti)
- boiled eggs (I, usually, make 2/prefer my egg to be hot, nice and 'runny'...)
- egg omelette (diced onions/diced tomato's)
- etc.

...and, of course, whenever I make eggs...I usually add salt & pepper/only salt if the egg is boiled.

I also have got no tomato's left.

Plus, I need to buy either some tangerines/grapefruit.

-------------------------------------------------------------

- 07:15 HAD BREAKFAST: BAKED BEANS AND EGG - READY TO FACE THE REST OF THE DAY, NOW

Well, I'm having breakfast, right now...; baked beans and egg.

The good thing about having had breakfast...; is it makes me feel like I'm ready to face the rest of the day...without needing to snack, constantly...; because, I feel ever so hungry.

Therefore, I find, it's usually a big mistake to miss out on having had breakfast, altogether.

-------------------------------------------------------------

- 07:30 TRYING TO THINK...WHAT TO DO WITH THE REST OF THE DAY...? STREATHAM, JOB CENTER APPOINTMENT/POSSIBLY, GO AND VISIT SEEING TATE BRITAIN

One of the reasons why I woke up so early, today...was I knew I have an important appointment at Streatham Job Centre...; so, I wanted to get ready for it sooner rather than later.

When one suffers from ADD/Attention Deficit Disorder...; then, 9 times out of 10...I'm arrive at my appointment, 'late'. A part of the reason why...is I just wasn't ready in time.

However, after having gone and said all that...; even, if I was ready...; when on suffers from ADD; then, it's still possible to get there 'late'...as something else comes along to 'distract' you...whether it's watching TV/Internet/or, whatever...I fell asleep, again.

------

I'm thinking after going to Streatham Job Center; then, I might go to visit seeing Tate Britain Gallery, as well.

Though, I may have missed early morning...I can still visit Tate during the evening, anyway.

-------------------------------------------------------------

- 08:30 THAMES WATER DROPPED A NOTE THROUGH MY DOOR...STATING THEY ARE GOING TO CUT THE WATER SUPPLY OFF...FOR A SHORT TIME PERIOD OF 3 HOURS WHILE THEY ARE WORKING: TUE 9TH 10 AM -1 PM

-------------------------------------------------------------

When one has really low funds inside of one’s bank a/c.; then, it becomes strictly necessary to check what the a/c. balance says, daily; otherwise, if one does end up going ‘overdrawn’...then, the bank helps themselves by pouring on extra charges for each day your a/c. does remain being in the ‘red’.

Right now, my current a/c. is in the ‘black’...meaning not overdrawn...however, it says I just have no more than £5.00 left...which is not my idea of very good news.

-------------------------------------------------------------

- 13:30 ARRIVED LATE AT STREATHAM JOB CENTER...DUE TO 'SIGN ON' AT 1:20 PM...BUT, MANAGED TO GET THROUGH, ANYWAY

I recall lying back in bed...; whilst calmly watching TV...really into the TV show...; when, all of a sudden, I remembered...I had to 'sign on' at Streatham Job Center at a 1:20 PM. I looked at the time...and, it actually said, 1:30 PM; so, therefore, I knew I was already 'late'...?!

It usually takes me, at least, 15 minutes to reach over to Streatham...and, only if I run as fast as I possibly can; and, at age 60+ years old...I'm afraid, that's not very fast at all. Nevertheless, I had to try and do my utmost best.

I think, I arrived at Streatham Job Centre...from West Norwood...around a mile long journey...at around 1:45 PM.

Luckily, the guy who I had to sign on with, Richard...; knew I had great difficulties getting to appointments on time...and, therefore, was deeply sympathetic when he heard me breathing really 'hard'; thus, he allowed me to sign on a bit late...for which I heartily thanked him, and, left.

-------------------------------------------------------------

- 14:00 RODE 3 X BUSES TOWARDS TATE BRITAIN GALLERY...WHERE I SPENT THE REST OF THE EVENING...FROM 2PM-6PM CLOSING TIME

From Streatham, I decided purely on a whim...to go and visit Tate Britain Gallery...just to see what's there...???

I could have gone home, first; then, retrieved my iPad/with built-in camera...but, I really couldn't be bothered...; too much extra time and effort...; so, I resolved, today, I'll just go and look...won't bother taking any pictures...pictures can wait until when another day comes.

----

The first bus I climbed onto was a 159...which took me from Streatham to reach Oval...; where I hopped onto a number 3 bus, instead; this took me to the foot of Black Prince Road...where I jumped onto a number 360...taking me to Vauxhall Station...where I got off, and, walked over the bridge into Pimlico.

From Pimilco -(the other side of Vauxhall Bridge)- I simply turned left at the corner...following the river bank...until I reached Tate Britain building.

Inside there I showed them my 'Tate Members' pass...; and, I was able to get into any 'paid' exhibition they have entirely for FREE...meaning, I can visit each exhibition show, repeatedly, again and again...; and, no need to pay more...than, my Tate Membership pass did cost for the year.

-----

I witnessed seeing 2 'paid' exhibitions...

- Isac Julien (I saw this exhibition upstairs, first; very interesting...it's seems to be 'slavery' related...with lots of films.)

- The Rosetti's (I saw this exhibition, last...; because, it was soon closing time...; therefore, I had to 'rush' through the entire show. The Rosetti's 'draw/paint' extremely well...meaning, I will need to go and see this exhibition, again, soon; maybe, even do some 'copying' there.)

-----

As well as, seeing the above shows...I also visited...

- The drawing room, upstairs...where the famous Athlete Wrestling with a Python sculpture is kept...in there I borrowed some FREE A4 sized papers to practice drawing on

- I also discovered this time, downstairs...they have a kids drawing room...which is equipped with 'digital art' screens/'digital pens'. So, I went in...and, practiced doing some drawings of my own...; many of which I 'uploaded' into Tate Gallery drawings archive. I recall drawing a 'self-portrait' from memory...which I both 'dated/signed'.

- I visited the Clore Gallery section...which houses Turner's work...saw many 'new' sketchbook 'drawings/paintings' by him...extremely impressed. In the space of an A5 sheet...this guy can capture whole external buildings/as well as, building interiors...including 'light/shade'...people/and, many other object details.

I did pause for a bit to practice drawing Turner's self-portrait...; but, having not drawn for a while...I'm afraid, I got the proportions all wrong/and, the shading of the hair...I went and totally 'overdid' it...by going in far too dark...?!

- I recall visiting both book shops...upstairs/downstairs...just to look; didn't buy anything...far too broke, I'm afraid.

-------------------------------------------------------------

- 18:15 BROUGHT FROM THE PIMLICO SHOP...NEAR THE NUMBER 2 BUS STOP...SOME REFRESHMENTS: 1 X TIN OF COKE/PACKET OF 3 X CHOCOLATE BOUNTY SWEETS

I did try getting a drink inside of Tate Gallery...; but, unfortunately, the drinks fountain was broke.

So, I was feeling fairly 'dehydrated'...and, therefore, rather 'tired/weak/listless/confused'...I knew, I needed to get a drink, and, really 'fast'.

I entered the Pimlico shop opposite the number 2 bus stop; and, asked the guy behind the counter how much is the minimum spend by card; he answered me £2.00.

I brought...

- 1 x tin of Coke
- 3 x chocolate Bounty sweets

When I came out of the shop...I made sure to drink the tin of Coke, first; then, after feeling 're-hydrated'...; I eat 1 of the chocolate Bounty sweets whilst still standing up on the street/and, the other 2 whilst sitting down on the return bus home.

-(NOTE: It is a 'big mistake' for me to travel without taking any drinks along with me for refreshment...; as I seem to get 'dehydrated' really very quickly and easily. After around 2 hours...of walking through the gallery...going here, there, everywhere...both upstairs/downstairs...all the time, I'm 'sweating' without even knowing it...; therefore, loosing essential fluids. I must have walked miles going up and down all over that gallery. Next time, I must remember to take a drink with me, first; before choosing to visit.)-

-------------------------------------------------------------

- 19:00 ARRIVED BACK HOME BY BUS TO WEST NORWOOD GARAGE...FED CAT/THEN, LET HER BACK OUT INTO THE GARDEN

First, thing I did when I arrived home...after taking a number 2 bus from Pimlico to West Norwood bus garage...was to open up the back garden door; and, feed the cat...; normally, I would feed her at 6 PM...but, the time was, now, 7 PM, instead.

After feeding her, I let her back out into the garden, once more. I will retrieve her back in, again, later on, during this evening...maybe, at 9/or, 10 PM.
