- 00:50 SKIPPED/RAN...IN A 'PARANOID' SORT OF WAY...IS ANYBODY WATCHING ME...?!
I went outside...and, both 'skipped/ran'...inside of the alleyway.
The truth is, it's in my nature wanting to be as fit as I possibly can be; as I really 'hate' it being 'out of shape'...which makes me feel just awful...especially, when I know I could do far better.
All the time, I'm constantly 'aware' of all that's going on around me...
- Is anybody peering at me through their windows...?
- Is anybody behind the alley way coming up...with my back being turned towards them...?
I nearly always tend to become completely 'paranoid' when I'm around people.
I bet, if I were living in the countryside...with wide open areas...then, I would just exercise, regularly...without feeling I have to keep on looking right over my shoulder...just in order to make sure that nobody is watching.
----
I'm not exactly too sure exactly where the source of this 'paranoia' does come from; but, I do remember people, constantly, criticising me when I was younger...out of sheer jealousy, envy, spite, meanness, prejudice/-etc.; this sort of really bad behaviour...tended to make me withdraw into a safety shell...which, at it's worst, does actually become full blown housebound Agoraphobia.
-----
I tried skipping by using 'alternate legs' technique; but, I have to admit...I didn't do it terribly successfully...meaning, the rope kept on getting all tangled up around my two feet. Nevertheless, as long as I re-set...and, continue skipping for say 5/10 minutes...then, that's all fine with me.
Ran 'slowly' down the alleyway...; then, back up, again, going as 'fast' as possible. It's so important to get that heart rate beating 'fast...; and, this is why I've always much preferred doing running to walking.; however, as we grow older...then, we need to, very carefully, consider and accommodate...what we can do/and, also, that which we can't do anymore. In short, I try not to 'overdo' it, if possible...giving it say 60%...rather than the full 100%.
----------------------------------------
- 01:15 THINKING ABOUT THE KING'S COORONATION THAT'S DUE TO HAPPEN, LATER ON, TODAY...SHALL I GO OUT TO JOIN IN WITH THE CROWDS/OR ELSE, STAY IN WATCHING EVERYTHING ON TV...?
I really liked the Queen; and, also, I do like Prince Charles...because, essentially, I feel that he's a nice sort of guy...decent, respectful, loving, caring, warm. So, therefore, I feel really very pleased that he is, now, due to be crowned.
The only thing I keep on thinking about is...should I go out there to watch...amongst the crowds...; in large throngs of people...it's certainly possible that I won't even be able to see anything...?!
So, maybe, I'd be much better off staying home...and, just watching the event on 'close up' TV, instead; because, the camera's do cover seeing absolutely everything...going from 'start to finish'.
However, I'm also 'aware'...that there is no better feeling than, actually, being there...; especially, at such a 'rare' event, indeed. So, being a part of the crowd...can be really exciting. Plus, even if I don't get to see the Prince being crowned. I am sure to see so many people, at least.
----------------------------------------
- 16:00 RE-AWOKE: FIRST THING I DID WAS...WATCH SEEING THE CORONATION ON TV
I went off to sleep...I'm not too sure exactly when...but, when I awoke the time was 4 PM.
I decided there's no way I can go outside today...number 1, it's raining; and, number 2, my legs just do NOT feel up to it.
So, although, I really want to go and join the crowd around Buckingham Palace...in order to get a glimpse of King Charles/and, Queen Camilla(a very hard act to follow Lady/Princess Diana).
Still, I wish them all the very best...and, "LONG LIVE THE KING!" I sincerely hope his life will be both happy and peaceful, as well as, successful, too.
----------------------------------------
- 16:20 PM DECIDED TO GO AND BUY SOME 'CHICKEN AND FRIES' TO CELEBRATE THE KING'S CORONATION
I went down the street to buy some 'chicken and fries' at Tulse Hill...MM Chicken shop.
Along my way, I passed Iceland...where I went in and brought...
- 1 x Chicken Curry & rice £1.00 (microwave)
- 2 x Jamaican patties (lamb) £1.00 each = £2.00
- 15 eggs (I forgot the price, sorry)
I also went into a shop 2 stores away from MM Chicken...where I brought...
- 2 x grapefuits (65p each)
----------------------------------------
- 16:40 PM BEFORE RETURNING HOME...WENT TO VISIT WEST NORWOOD CEMETARY
Just before returning home...and, because I was already 'outside' on the street...; -(didn't want to go home/then, have to come back out, again)-; so, I decided whilst in the process of walking past West Norwood cemetery...to pop in there to pay respects to my own family...which I did; then, left.
----------------------------------------
- 17:40 RETURNED BACK HOME/FED THE CAT
I called the cat back in from the garden; and, then, fed her the last food of the evening.
----------------------------------------
- 20:00 PLAYED WILLIAM HILL FREE GAMES/5 x FREE SPINS: WON £0.24p.
I decided to open up a William Hill email which allows me to have 5 FREE spins...; after which I won: £0.24p; that I added onto my Poker balance. My Poker balance, now, says £0.83p; which, in turn, means I can play 8 x £0.10p games of Poker...at any time I wish.

- 20:26 SIGNED IN TO WILLIAM HILL POKER...IN ORDER TO PLAY 10p GAMES...LOST EVERYTHING!
I had .83p balance left; and, decided to play 8 Poker games @ .10p each.
I won just one of these Poker games: .34p/and, lost all of the rest.
In the end my Poker balance said: .07p left...which is less than the .10p needed to continue playing poker games. So, then, I was 'forced' to quit playing, anymore.

When I took the 3 spins...I won £0.30p...winning £10p with each spin.
There are also further offers of FREE bets...; which I might just choose to take up, next.

- CONCLUSION
KING'S COORONATION
A most extraordinary day...one that happens only, once, every century, I think.
But, at least, the day seems to have gone really well for King Charles and his Queen...; and, also, I think, for all the rest of the country, too...a day for huge celebration. ;-)
-----
GAMBLING
I guess, my gambling 'addiction' still has a hold of me.
However, so far to date, at least...I'm not playing for big money; but, only using FREE money I won to play with. (I'm just hoping and praying...that I don't let myself get carried away...; and, then, start playing for 'real' money, instead.)
