Wed Received 2 eBay parcels: Training shoes(2nd hand)/1 VBScript book

RECEIVED 2 PAIRS OF TRANING SHOES FROM OFF EBAY

 Previously, I had gone to eBay...to see if I could buy training shoes cheaply. I saw that some auctions had a starting price of 0.99 - 5.00; so, I decided to make a few bids.

 I won 3 bids, altogether; and, today, Wednesday, 2 of the training shoes I'd won arrived. 1 shoe was a bit too tight; and, the other was ok. I went and left the appropriate eBay feedback.

 NOTES: Still waiting for my next pair of training shoes to arrive...

Concerning eBay auctions...as well as, the cost of the actual shoes itself...which others can bid on...to make the original price rise up and up...; one also has to take into account cost of Postage & Packing...which is, usually, around £4.00.

I also ordered from off eBay 1 x VBScript programming book: VBScript programming in a nutshell. -(I'd ordered 2...; but, only received 1 so far to date.)

Tue 140323 Upstairs roof collapsed: plaster/wood fell down...gap: 6ft x 4ft...exposed wooden beams

Somewhere around 1 to 2 PM...I heard a loud noise coming from upstairs. When I went upstairs to go and investigate...by opening up the bedroom door; I saw there was a huge gap in the ceiling: 6ft by 4ft...leaving exposed wooden beams; then, when I looked downwards...I saw that the ceiling tiles/plaster/wood had been left lying on the floor. Natually, I got a bag into which I deposited all of the debris; and, took this bag to go empty it half way down the road inside of the public tip.

This situation is extremely scary...; because, what if the rest of the roof collapses, next...?! Then, there would be no protection left from either the rain/nor, insects.

Missed signing on last 2 weeks ago...I honestly thought it was Wed -and, NOT Thu-; however, luckily enough, I managed to get away with it. My last Ingeus 'face to face' meeting...I arrived there too late. They made a next appointment. Missed Ingeus phone call appointment, I think, it was 2nd/3rd March; but, I still have a face to face meeting with them on the 16th March. I was meant to go to Brixton/MI Solutions to do a Level I Maths training course; but, didn't go. So, that appointment/training is, automatically, cancelled. I spoke to my friend Sunnil -who lives in Tulse Hill- on Facebook Messenger...updating him on what are my current circumstances. Today, this evening, I just went and brought some trainers from off eBay...at at ridiculous price: £21.00+ (including P&P charges); paid using my CP credit card. In all I owe them over £420.00 in debt still to be repaid. Got £60.00 left to pay towards next years TV Licence. Need to get in contact with the Physio people ASAP. House is absolutely 'freezing'...just like living inside of a 'fridge'. Have to hold on to a hot water bottle in order to keep warm.

Last year...2022 241222 Spent Christmas day with S and family...went there during Christmas eve. Left after Christmas day...to return back home, again. ----- This year 2023 Jan 2023 030123 Missed important physio GP referral appointment at 8:30 AM Crystal Palace Sport Center. They told me, as I didn't have a sufficient excuse...; they would discharge me...; and, I would need to get another GP refferral. 160123 Benefit people asked me to confirm my yearly entitlements. Went to G.P.O...got get 'proof of posting certificate'. Returned back form on: 160123, evening. (last day to return) 160123 Went CoOp supermarket evening...brought 6 x loafs of bread...to store inside of fridge. £1.00 per loaf. 160123 Topped up my PAYG electricity meter...with a £150.00 cash voucher. Only when I returned back home...and, tried inserting the key...the balance said approx £133.xx; and, rather worringly, did not change/update...?! I heard they same there is a limit to how much money you can have on the meter at once...and, that limit is £180.00. So, currently, I'm leaving all lights 'on'...up until when that electricity runs out... when I should be able to top up, again. -(NOTE: I did try phoning British Gas before...; to explain I need the voucher credits to go upstairs...; but, they said, no, they can't change it...as it's set once per year. They suggested I should try speaking to the 'benefits's people, instead...to see if they would be willing to change it.)- 170123 Last benefit got paid. I had to go to Stockwell for an Ingeus appointment. (...forgot the exact date...Jan 9th/16th...don't think it was, yesterday, otherwise, I would have full recall...so, must have been sometime last week, Mon...?!) 170123 Got an evening phone call from Michael Thomas...spoke about 'mushroom' rot...due to cold, damp, leaky house. Said you need to wear a mask in order to remove it. 180123 Checked CP balance...I owe them £330.xxp. Feb 2023 I do recall taking out a Tate Gallery membership...DDR...which is due on 1st Feb. So, if I can't afford the funds...I will have to cancel it, before, then.

Sat 121122 Anglican Windows salesman came to give me quote...

Sat 121122 10:00 AM Anglican Windows salesman visited to give me a quote about getting in a new 'front door replacement' ----- My front door is getting really old...; so, recently, I did an internet search to inquire about getting in a new 'front door replacement'. - First, I contacted a local company called: Premier Windows...who are located in Upper Norwood -(I live in West Norwood)-; they told me to email them over some pictures; their quote was for £2,700.00+. - Next, I contacted Anglican Windows...who are a famous company countrywide to come and give me a quote this morning. The guy took a look, and, said the 'cheapest' deal he could do is...it would cost me £2,400.00 for a composite door...which is PVC/but, looks like wood. He said he would replace the whole entire door frame/plus, door, everything. You must deposit 15%...which is £400.00; and, the rest is to be paid on job completion...lasting anything up to 8 weeks. ----- My own thinking was that the cost of putting in a new door would be somewhere around £250.00/£400.00. Completely forget that idea altogether...; I must have been totally 'dreaming'. As an 'unemployed' person there is no way I can afford to pay 2/3+ grand...?! So, I guess, the 'front door replacement' is just going have to wait until another day. The moral of the story is...when one is 'unemployed' it is very difficult, indeed, to afford maintaining running a full house. My other problem being how to fix the multiple leaks inside of the roof...; so that whenever it rains...I don't have to keep putting down buckets to collect up all of the rain, anymore; and, then, have to keep on 'emptying' these buckets...until when they fill up, again. The boiler/central heating doesn't work...; so, it needs a 'new' boiler replacement. As a result this place is utterly freezing cold in winter time. I have to walk around carrying a hot water bottle...in order to keep warm. (Turning on the electric heater does cost too much...; as the electric company are 'doubling' their prices.) Once more, everything seems to boil down to just not having sufficient funds...???

Fri 111122 Government help: British Gas/Council rebate...worries about rising costs, in future.

BRITISH GAS This month I was given... £66.00 help towards my British Gas PAYG/Pay As You Go electricity a/c.. In order to receive it, I had to go down to the GPO/General Post Office with the meter 'key' needing to be topped up/together with sufficient ID. So, normally, the meter downstairs has no money on it...; and, for that reason, I am forced to live in darkness. Having to move around downstairs either in the dark/or else, using a USB torch, instead. But, for now, at least, I got 'lighting' come back, again. ----- COUNCIL TAX REFUND I recieved a Council Tax refund of £200.00; paid directly into my bank a/c., today. My bank a/c. is, currently, overdrawn by: £2,000.00. As I have very little funds coming in...through being 'unemployed'; therefore, my a/c. is, constantly, in a state of being overdrawn; and, for which I have to pay monthly interest of about £40.00/or, £480.00 yearly. Meaning, if I do get some money coming in...; then, I am forced to spend it...on paying other bills; thus, most of the time, my bank a/c. balance says absolutely nil. In fact, when I don't have enough money to be able to survive on...; I feel 'forced' into taking out a loan to pay for things; then, that loan a/c. reaches the maximum limit; right now, I owe £500.00 in loans...due to be repaid. Plus, there are, at least, 4 more outstanding loans to be repaid; for which I have had to set up an agreement to repay them £5.00 monthly/ (only, then, they will cease pouring on other interest charges). ----- CONCLUSION I live my life in a continual state of being totally 'flat broke'. Any help I get is good, of course; and, is much appreciated....; but, the truth is, it doesn't really change much...; I'm still living life being totally 'flat broke' all the time. In short, this is NOT what I call, really and truly, 'living'; being able to spend on what you want. Right now, I need... - a new computer/my current computer has really low memory(118GB). It costs, at least, £200.00 to buy a new one(1TB); but, right now, -with all of the other bills still yet to pay- I just cannot afford it?! - both the quaterly electricity/gas is set to 'double'. I'm actually afraid to send in what is the 'latest' monthly meter reading...in case, the price will leave me shocked! If the quarterly price of both gas/electricty would normally average out at around: £400.00+; and, that price is, now, set to 'double'; then, that must mean the next gas/electric bill is going to cost: £800.00+! I may be forced to change from using a normal 'credit' gas/electric meter upstairs...to having them install both a PAYG gas/electric meter, instead. Only trouble there is, I've heard it said that PAYG rates is even more 'expensive'...than is running a normal gas/electric meter...?! The only good thing about PAYG...is, at least, there are very few surprises...frankly, you can only use whatever gas/electricity you've already gone and paid for; the big drawback being...if there's no money left pay into the meter...then, you get 'no gas/no electricity'...; whilst the monthly 'standing charge' to have a meter still keeps on running up and up...! If it helped to install PAYG electric/gas meters upstairs; then, I already would have...in order to stop costs running up; but, the whole idea...of not having any funds available to feed into the meter...would mean no electicity upstairs...meaning, no TV/no computer; and, with no gas downstairs...I would have to eat food utterly freezing cold. Those thoughts do, seriously, 'scare' me...into NOT wanting to go make the switch. On the other hand, I also recognise that if I don't make the switch, right now; then, whenever the £800.00+ bill comes in...; I will have no other choice but to switch, then. ----- HOUSE PROBLEMS When one adds on top of all this financial stress...; is the house, desperately, needs to be fixed...as there are leaks on every floor; I have go place down buckets to catch up all the rain that's keeps constantly pouring in...sometimes, for all of 24 hours; and, then, constantly 'empty' the buckets/as the rain re-fills it back, again and again; but, I have no money to set up whole house scaffolding/and, to be able to mend the roof in multiple different places; which, I'm sure, is going to cost £1000's no less...?! The central heating don't work...another thing needing to be fixed/old boiler needs replacing with a new one; and, it's winter time...so, the place is utterly freezing cold/as well as, having multiple leaks. I have to walk around with a 'hot water' bottle. And, there are so many other repairs that needs doing, as well. It all adds up to problems being put on top of more problems...; and, endless worries on top of more worries. - etc.

Thu 101122 Lidl 99p Hot Dog in a box(found spider inside packaging)

Thu 101122 2PM Brought a hot dog in a box...from Lidl supermarket store. Inside of the packaging I found a brown 1 x inch long spider...?! ----- Yesterday, I went out shopping...I brought a hot dog in a box/from supermarket store Lidl up the road. Well, today, feeling extremely hungry, I tried opening up the box to go and eat it...; much to my shock and horror, I found a medium sized brown spider around 1 inch long inside of the box...sitting on top of the plastic packaging. Immediately, I walked over to the kitchen window...where I shook the spider off the plastic packaging...and, into the back garden. (NOTE: I'm afraid to 'touch' spiders. Agoraphobia.) ----- My next thoughts, all because I'm hungry, is the spider was seen 'outside' of the plastic packaging; which might mean the contents 'inside' of the plastic packaging might still be safe to eat. So, I went downstairs and put the plastic packaging inside of the microwave oven to go and eat. Only when the microwave had finished heating up the package...in about 2 minutes/50 secs...I noticed a small split inside of the plastic packaging. Next, I started thinking to myself... - was it because I'd placed the packaging to 'heat up' inside of the microwave too long...which had caused the plastic packaging to, suddenly, split open? - or, was it the spider itself that did make that hole...? Anyway, ultimately, I decided to not take the risk...; might as well go and buy another hot dog sausage costing just .99p; than, go and eat something which might make me seriously ill...??? ----- Some other thoughts I had were to go and sue Lidl supermarket company.
