Had a visit from Michael Thomas...who's business is buying/selling houses.
He came to look at the roof leak...; and, brought along some roofing tarpaulin along with him.
However, when he looked he said, that's not the right size; so, he will perhaps come back here, again, tomorrow.
He said, he cannot see any easy access to the 'outside'; and, just putting up whole house scaffolding to reach the 3rd floor would cost £1000.00's; in addition to which...in order to put up scaffolding...you would need to inform the neighbours as well.
I also showed him the other 2 leaky roofs downstairs; and, that at the very bottom of the house there is 'dry mushroom rot'.
I told him I'm trying to apply to get a grant to fix things from somewhere...; but, so far to date haven't been successful, yet.
What I found to be most deeply worrying is...when I asked him about what does he believe this house might be worth...rather reluctantly, he said, "you don't want to know!" And, that answer left me feeling rather deeply 'shocked'; as it might mean that I've already gone and left things too late.
But, on the other hand, I'm also 'aware'...that there are many other house valuations out there...so, he's just giving me one point of view...which is, of course, his own. Though, I'll admit...he works in real estate trading...; and, I don't...; so, I'm not exactly completely ignoring his opinion altogether.
I asked him does he think that the roof might collapse...; and, his reply was, yes, it's possible...as the wood is rotten straight through and through...plus, the wet rain keeps on coming in.

2 PM GOT A PHONE CALL FROM: GCG-data.org
Got a phone call from:
https://gcg-data.org
...they inquired if I had done any financial investment; as they were doing fraud recovery...
At first, I sent them screenshot details of my Skrill a/c.; explaining, originally, I placed in there small amounts of around £10.00; and, was able to withdraw funds; but, as the money I put in grew larger...reaching £100's of pounds...approximately £400.00; I discovered I was losing money by investing in Crypto...so, decided to withdraw it...; but, then, Skrill put blocks on my a/c.; so, I could no longer with draw anything at all...?!
Skrill's excuse was, I need to provide sufficient ID...in the form of:
- Passport
- Driver's License
- ID Card
...none of which I have. So, for that reason all of my Skrill funds did/do remain still 'frozen'.
I recall investing money not only into Skrill/but, also, into Neteller...which I used to fund betting at William Hill online. (But, I only saved/invested in Crypto using Skrill.) So, I also decided to go check out seeing if my Neteller a/c. was still 'active'. It appears, both Skrill/Neteller a/c's are still 'active'; but, both are also unverified a/c's; so, therefore, you cannot expect to put any large amounts of money in there which you would, later on, like to withdraw...because, you're a/c. would be, automatically, 'blocked' from being able to withdraw anything.
PHONED GP/PHYSIO APPOINTMENT
I phoned the GP in order to make a physiotherapy appointment; they said they would phone me back on...Thu 170423 3:55 PM.

Sat 250322 CashPlus balance in the 'red'/overdrawn.
2:30 PM Checked CashPlus balance...in the 'red'/overdrawn.
I use my CashPlus 'credit card' to take out loans to pay for bills which need to be paid 'urgently' like, right now.
So, I phoned in to discover what my balance was...do I have any more money left to use on the a/c.? Answer: No. In fact, my a/c. is currently in the 'red'...meaning overdrawn by £13.99.
£513.99
LATEST UPDATE
21:45 PM Made £15.00 payment into CashPlus a/c.; should leave me with £1.01 to spend balance!

Fri 240323 eBay training shoes/Streatham Foodbank delivery
eBay
I'd brought a pair of trainers from off eBay; and, yesterday evening, the auction was won...only, by that time, 7PM (approx.) the banks were already shut. So, I sent the eBay seller a message...; I'll pay tomorrow.
Thus, early morning I went over to Streatham to make a deposit into my bank a/c.; in order to pay for the shoes/also, some other bills.
I came back home...and, paid for the eBay package to be delivered.
LATEST UPDATE
Later on, during the same evening...I checked eBay; and, apparently, the seller has already posted the package...on the same day that I had paid.
All that's left to do is check if the shoes fit, size 8; and, that it's in sound wearable condition; before leaving eBay seller feedback.

Streatham foodbank delivery
At around 1/2 PM, I received a food delivery from Streatham Foodbank at my door.
It consisted of a box of food items + bag of potatoes/fruit/froozen food. (Including some cat food.)
I am, indeed, extremely grateful for their food delivery; because, otherwise, I'm finding it very hard to find enough money to buy food...when normal food prices have just totally shot up. A packet of biscuits that used to cost £1.00...now costs...£1.75!
I used the microwave to heat up a box of frozen curry/and, rice. (And, there is still one more food box left.)
All the rest of the food items, I put away inside of the fridge. Tins of soup/sliced mangos/baked beans/-etc.
They also included toiletries: 1 x toilet roll/1 x Colgate tooth paste/some washing up liquid.

Thu 230322 Streatham Job Centre
12:00 noon. I had an appointment to 'sign on' at Streatham Job Centre.
The lady who signed me on...didn't make any fuss...just told me to sign/and, basically, that was it.
(Who knows, maybe, they were in a hurry to get to lunch. I thought the signing on time was really odd: 12 midday. Most companies eat their lunch between: 12:00 noon - 1 PM.)
-----
12:20 PM Aldi Supermarket
I went inside of Aldi Supermarket...; and, having just £2.00 left in my bank a/c.; I brought...
1 x tub of Glacier's Cherries @ 99p
1 x milk (plant based) @ £1.09p
...after which I walked off home. No bag...just carried the shopping in my hand/placed the tub of Glaciers cherries inside of my left coat pocket.
-----
12:30 PM The journey back home...(accidentally, startled a young girl)
Returning back home...I took the short cut. I wanted desperately to take leak...; and, knew that along the path -running parallel beside Streatham tube train station- there is a 'hidden' recess. So, I took my leak; and, immediately, coming back out...I run into a young girl walking by...who, obviously, didn't see me...; so, she let out a slight scream. Instantly, I apologised, twice...saying, 'sorry'...keeping my tone low. Then, we both continued on walking...she in front of me.
-----
1:45 PM Streatham Foodbank phoned
I received a follow up phone call from Streatham Food bank...; they said they'll deliver me a food package tomorrow...between 11AM - 4 PM. I told them if I'm not in...they can leave it outside the door. (They also said they would phone, first; just to check I'm in to receive the package.)
Wed 220323 Streatham Foodbank application
9 AM (approx.) S/Phone call
I got a phone call from S. She spoke to me about the collapsed ceiling...stating that it made her feel worried. We also spoke about meeting up during Easter. She was in a hurry to go to work...so, I didn't bother to keep her chatting any longer than was necessary.
-----
10 AM Emmaeus Charity Shop
Donated 2 pairs of training shoes to West Norwood Emmaeus Charity shop. (near to the train station).
- One black pair of shoes...the back was too low...thus, most uncomfortably, cutting into the back of my foot heels.
- The other blue pair of shoes...I'd only recently brought from off eBay...; only instead of size 8...it appeared to be 7 & 1/2 which was far too tight.
So, basically, I decided to get rid of both.
-----
10:20 AM West Norwood/Center 70
I have some important things to discuss at West Norwood/Center 70...who give legal advice/and, other helpful advice. Only, when I looked at the available time slots one the time table...; every day was marked 'closed'. I think, I'm going to have to try, again...; either by phoning them...; or, visiting. They are open for, at least, 2 days per week. I think, it's morning 10 AM-12:00 noon. Tue/Fri, (I think? Will need to check, again.)
Basically, the bedroom ceiling upstairs has collapsed...and, I don't have enough money available to be able to fix it...; so, I'm wondering what other help might be available out there...if any...?
-----
10:30 AM St. Luke's church West Norwood
I walked into St. Luke's church...because, I knew they had a Foodbank there. When I walked in, I spoke to the church pastor: Donald. He said, they used to have a Foodbank, before; but, they closed it...because, there we drunks/scrounger's who used to hang out around the church; and, they would abuse other visitors.
He told me, there is a Foodbank on Clive Road; but, he didn't have any leaflet's left.
-----
10:45 AM West Norwood Library
I entered West Norwood Library; and, there picked up some leaflets...; one of which is related to Clive Road Foodbank.
-----
10 AM Did some shopping at West Norwood CoOp./Iceland. Brought...
- 1 x Jamaican Pattie
- 4 x Jam Rolls
/-etc.
(I can't remember what else...; but, not a lot...as there was really very little money available to spend; there was less that £5.00 left in my bank a/c. to spend.)
-----
11:00 Returning back home...I decided to take Lancaster Hill...going towards the Jewish Orphanage. I ran into a girl -(forgot her name?)- who used to work inside of High Trees Training Centre at Tulse Hill; she is also Rocky's girlfriend/wife(?); Rocky is a kid I used to play with which I was young. She showed me her daughter; who was just about to drive off in her car. I said a quick, 'hello'. We both discussed old times...; then, I continued on my journey home.
-----
11:15 Leigham Court Road, Old people's 'drop in' Centre (forgot the name?)
I walked to the Old People's meeting place on Leigham Court Road. I went upstairs to the manager's office; and, explained to the lady...that, next month, I'll be 60 years old. Is it ok to become a member. She said, we are doing membership anymore; but, you can 'drop in'. I asked do they still have 'sitting down' Tai Classes available with Michael Jacques. She said, yes; but, I forgot exactly which day/time she mentioned.
-----
11:25 AM Hill Side Park/Open Training Equipment
I stopped inside of Hillside Park...where they have an open equipment gym. I did some stepping/and, some press up's. Couldn't quite understand how to operate the 'rowing' machine...?
Saw a young black guy/and, a young white girl. He seemed to be instructing her what to do. I walked up to them...and, inquired if they were doing 'kick boxing'. But, the said, no, just 'keep fit'. After which I walked away.
-----
11:35 AM Amesbury Avenue/Care Recruitment training centre
-(On Amesbury Avenue, there used to be a pet shop...where I did, originally, buy my cat from...; so, I wanted to see if it was still there...; answer: no. The building seems to have been replaced by a Care Recruitment training center place, instead.)-
I went into a place where they were advertising care for others. So, I asked of the receptionist if they pay you to train. She replied, no. So, I left.
-----
11:45 AM Streatham Foodbank...St Margaret's Church/Barcombe Avenue
I went down to Streatham Foodbank...which is located opposite Hillside Park entrance...on the opposite side...Barcombe Avenue/St Margaret's church.
As I walked in a side entrance, I saw a young girl...who asked me, "do you need any help?"
I replied, "yes, I wish to join the Foodbank."
"She replied you need to get a referral from the job centre."
I showed her my job center benefit letter as proof that I'm unemployed.
She took my phone number; and, said they would phone me, later on.
4 PM (approx.)
LATEST UPDATE
I got a phone call from Streatham Foodbank. A female with a european foreign sounding accent...asked me why I wanted to join the Foodbank. I explained that I'm unemployed; and, signing on at Streatham Job Center...and, they were giving me £130.00 fortnightly/which works out to £65.00 weekly. Recently, British Gas had sent me a bill stating I own them £600.00+; which I couldn't pay all in one go...; therefore, a payment plan had to be arranged to pay them £50.00 fortnightly; thus, making me have even less to spend on food/drink/pay bills/-etc.
The lady listened to my case quite sympathetically; took my name/address details...and, said they would get back to me. To which, I thanked her; and, left it there. Hope to hear more, either sooner or later.
