9 AM (approx.) S/Phone call
I got a phone call from S. She spoke to me about the collapsed ceiling...stating that it made her feel worried. We also spoke about meeting up during Easter. She was in a hurry to go to work...so, I didn't bother to keep her chatting any longer than was necessary.

10 AM Emmaeus Charity Shop
Donated 2 pairs of training shoes to West Norwood Emmaeus Charity shop. (near to the train station).
- One black pair of shoes...the back was too low...thus, most uncomfortably, cutting into the back of my foot heels.
- The other blue pair of shoes...I'd only recently brought from off eBay...; only instead of size 8...it appeared to be 7 & 1/2 which was far too tight.
So, basically, I decided to get rid of both.

10:20 AM West Norwood/Center 70
I have some important things to discuss at West Norwood/Center 70...who give legal advice/and, other helpful advice. Only, when I looked at the available time slots one the time table...; every day was marked 'closed'. I think, I'm going to have to try, again...; either by phoning them...; or, visiting. They are open for, at least, 2 days per week. I think, it's morning 10 AM-12:00 noon. Tue/Fri, (I think? Will need to check, again.)
Basically, the bedroom ceiling upstairs has collapsed...and, I don't have enough money available to be able to fix it...; so, I'm wondering what other help might be available out there...if any...?

10:30 AM St. Luke's church West Norwood
I walked into St. Luke's church...because, I knew they had a Foodbank there. When I walked in, I spoke to the church pastor: Donald. He said, they used to have a Foodbank, before; but, they closed it...because, there we drunks/scrounger's who used to hang out around the church; and, they would abuse other visitors.
He told me, there is a Foodbank on Clive Road; but, he didn't have any leaflet's left.
-----
10:45 AM West Norwood Library
I entered West Norwood Library; and, there picked up some leaflets...; one of which is related to Clive Road Foodbank.
-----
10 AM Did some shopping at West Norwood CoOp./Iceland. Brought...
- 1 x Jamaican Pattie
- 4 x Jam Rolls
/-etc.
(I can't remember what else...; but, not a lot...as there was really very little money available to spend; there was less that £5.00 left in my bank a/c. to spend.)

11:00 Returning back home...I decided to take Lancaster Hill...going towards the Jewish Orphanage. I ran into a girl -(forgot her name?)- who used to work inside of High Trees Training Centre at Tulse Hill; she is also Rocky's girlfriend/wife(?); Rocky is a kid I used to play with which I was young. She showed me her daughter; who was just about to drive off in her car. I said a quick, 'hello'. We both discussed old times...; then, I continued on my journey home.

11:15 Leigham Court Road, Old people's 'drop in' Centre (forgot the name?)
I walked to the Old People's meeting place on Leigham Court Road. I went upstairs to the manager's office; and, explained to the lady...that, next month, I'll be 60 years old. Is it ok to become a member. She said, we are doing membership anymore; but, you can 'drop in'. I asked do they still have 'sitting down' Tai Classes available with Michael Jacques. She said, yes; but, I forgot exactly which day/time she mentioned.
-----
11:25 AM Hill Side Park/Open Training Equipment
I stopped inside of Hillside Park...where they have an open equipment gym. I did some stepping/and, some press up's. Couldn't quite understand how to operate the 'rowing' machine...?
Saw a young black guy/and, a young white girl. He seemed to be instructing her what to do. I walked up to them...and, inquired if they were doing 'kick boxing'. But, the said, no, just 'keep fit'. After which I walked away.
-----
11:35 AM Amesbury Avenue/Care Recruitment training centre
-(On Amesbury Avenue, there used to be a pet shop...where I did, originally, buy my cat from...; so, I wanted to see if it was still there...; answer: no. The building seems to have been replaced by a Care Recruitment training center place, instead.)-
I went into a place where they were advertising care for others. So, I asked of the receptionist if they pay you to train. She replied, no. So, I left.

11:45 AM Streatham Foodbank...St Margaret's Church/Barcombe Avenue
I went down to Streatham Foodbank...which is located opposite Hillside Park entrance...on the opposite side...Barcombe Avenue/St Margaret's church.
As I walked in a side entrance, I saw a young girl...who asked me, "do you need any help?"
I replied, "yes, I wish to join the Foodbank."
"She replied you need to get a referral from the job centre."
I showed her my job center benefit letter as proof that I'm unemployed.
She took my phone number; and, said they would phone me, later on.
4 PM (approx.)
LATEST UPDATE
I got a phone call from Streatham Foodbank. A female with a european foreign sounding accent...asked me why I wanted to join the Foodbank. I explained that I'm unemployed; and, signing on at Streatham Job Center...and, they were giving me £130.00 fortnightly/which works out to £65.00 weekly. Recently, British Gas had sent me a bill stating I own them £600.00+; which I couldn't pay all in one go...; therefore, a payment plan had to be arranged to pay them £50.00 fortnightly; thus, making me have even less to spend on food/drink/pay bills/-etc.
The lady listened to my case quite sympathetically; took my name/address details...and, said they would get back to me. To which, I thanked her; and, left it there. Hope to hear more, either sooner or later.
